We call it a “weekly strategy session” where our Senior brand leaders spend time with your team to sort through issues, answer questions, help with challenges, capitalize on opportunities and share successes.

2. SALES STRATEGY MODELING

Deep dive into all facets of sales distribution including geography, channels, brand assortment, pricing, merchandising, and forecasting.  In a set time frame, we can co-create the most efficient Road Map for positive growth and exponential revenue in all channels.

3. SALES EXECUTION MANAGEMENT

Total leadership and hands-on approach. We become your fractional VP of Sales until you are ready to hire your own. You receive full-time results from our experienced and connected senior team for less compensation as compared to a full-time internal person.
